Geneva @ Carter / Cow Palace Update
The State of California, thanks to efforts by City Manager Pat Martel and assistance by Senator Leland Yee, has moved the bill to begin negotiations for part of the Cow Palace Property (the tract known as the North Parking Lot). With the goal being for the City of Daly City to purchase the property in the near future, the plan will be to develop the site, along with the old theater site on Carter Street and the City owned property @ Carter and Martin Streets into a mixed use development that will include a grocery store and other services.  We will post more information on this website as it becomes available.

The City of Daly City - City General Plan Update

The City is updating it general plan.  This is a project by a committee of four residents (including Howard Edelman, our Board President), four local business people and five members of Daly City staff.  The project will evaluate and recommend changes to the general plan that will shape the way Daly City will 'look' over the next 20-30 years.  The committee will be meeting at least once each month over the next two to three years.

The July 10th Block Party was a huge success. Representatives from about 22 families (83 people!) had a chance to meet fellow homeowners and their families and share a lot of food and fun.  To see some of the pictures check out the photo gallery links to the left.
